Our 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of red and black fruit, peppercorn, leather, dill, vanilla bean and toasted brown sugar. These notes are followed by flavors of plum and currant, black cherry with lingering notes of vanilla earthiness. The balanced mouthfeel is bright but thoughtful with a soft velvet finish.
